Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman

The author of this book is Dav Pilkey.

I love Dav Pilkey’s books. The artwork has always impressed me. Out of all his books I own, I have never failed to enjoy his artwork. I like how he draws the character’s facial expressions the most. I am also very interested in drawing and have tried copying Dav Pilkey’s style. But it never works! (I think it's a Dav Pilkey thing only😄)

I have watched all of the Captain Underpants episodes on Netflix. I still can’t get my head around one thing though. At the start of each episode it says something like ‘Netflix Presents:’, and each time the letters from these two words would change into something funny. Dav must have been pretty smart to make so many words out of ‘Netflix Presents!’

By the way, the book’s title is named that because in the book, George and Harold hypnotise their history teacher, accidentally turning her into a ‘Wicked Wedgie Woman’. She creates chaos, so George and Harold are forced to turn her back into their teacher.

Another thing I’ve always liked about Dav Pilkey’s books is the fact that they have incredibly long names. One of them is called: Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies From Outer Space (and the Subsequent Assault of the Equally Evil Lunchroom Zombie Nerds)

I don’t know what you think, but I think that’s an incredibly long name!

I don’t have anything bad to say about this book. It’s perfect.
